You’ll want for nothing when you retreat to this wonderful mountain condo that’s close to everything! Enjoy a beautifully remodeled kitchen and updated bathrooms with heated towel bars. There is plenty of space to spread out and relax. A large, open living-dining area is planned around a massive stone fireplace. We supply the firewood! The walk-through kitchen is full size and stocked with everything you need and more. You’ll find two of the bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs. Two sliding glass doors open to a large balcony where you can enjoy epic sunsets and awesome views of Washington Gulch. Upstairs gives access to the sleeping loft, a third bedroom, and another bathroom. The unit is fully furnished, down to the linens and dishes, and guests have access to the washer/dryer in the unit.

Ski-out to the West Wall lift—the slopes are just steps away from this condo. Ski back in via the groomed path to the parking lot in front of the building.

In summer, hiking and biking trails are just outside the front of the building.

This condo is less than a mile from the base area at the resort and about three miles from the heart of downtown Crested Butte where you’ll find all your favorite shops and restaurants.

In ski season, catch a ride with the complimentary San Moritz local shuttle service that runs 8am-midnight, seven days a week. They pick you up in front of your condo and take you where you need to go! Or—you can also catch a ride on the free town shuttle; the closest bus stop is only about a block away.

The Keystone building entrance is on the second floor. There is one flight of stairs up to the Keystone 301 unit.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space. Hot tub is only open in winter! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter.

Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle service that can drop you at the base in ski season!

PLEASE NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. PLEASE WINTERIZE YOUR VEHICLE. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Dog Guest Policy

Pet fee is $25/night for 1 dog; $35/night for 2 dogs.
Pet fees cap at 5 nights. Max fee is $125 for 1 dog; $175/ for 2 dogs.

Guests are required to inform the office if they plan to bring a dog.
Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay.
Maximum of two dogs per condo.
A $200 credit card authorization will be made at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay.

**Please note: when you add a dog guest to your reservation, the pet fee will calculate at the two-dog rate. If you are only bringing one dog, please add the dog as a guest and make a note on your reservation that there will only be one dog staying. Our reservationist will adjust the fee accordingly before processing payment.**
