Step into convenience and coziness when you stay at this ski-in/ski-out, dog friendly condo with beautiful mountain views! Wind down in the open-concept living room. Curl up around the wood-burning fireplace…we supply the firewood! Access the shared, west-facing patio through the living room or either bedroom, and toast to stunning sunsets and majestic views of Washington Gulch. Comfort is key as each bedroom has its own bathroom on either side of the living room. With one King bed, one Queen bed, one Twin bunk, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, there’s room for the whole family to stay.
Recently under new ownership, this condo also sports new carpet and fresh paint throughout—giving it a fresh feel.
Fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes, the kitchen is ready to take on any meal task—small or large.
Location is paramount. This condo is conveniently located down the hall from the hot tub (ski season only), sauna and laundry facilities. The Keystone building is just stone’s-throw away from the West Wall lift, making it an ideal spot for skiing out and skiing back in. Our location is also a mile from the base area at the resort and just an 8-minute ride down to the mountain to the National Historic, Creative district of downtown Crested Butte.
The Keystone building entrance is on the second floor. There is one flight of stairs down to access Keystone 103.
Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space. Hot tub is only open in winter! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter.
Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle service that can drop you at the base in ski season!

PLEASE NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. PLEASE WINTERIZE YOUR VEHICLE. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Dog Guest Policy
Pet fee is $25/night for 1 dog; $35/night for 2 dogs.
Pet fees cap at 5 nights. Max fee is $125 for 1 dog; $175/ for 2 dogs.
Guests are required to inform the office if they plan to bring a dog.
Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay.
Maximum of two dogs per condo.
A $200 credit card authorization will be made at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay.

**Please note: when you add a dog guest to your reservation, the pet fee will calculate at the two-dog rate. If you are only bringing one dog, please add the dog as a guest and make a note on your reservation that there will only be one dog staying. Our reservationist will adjust the fee accordingly before processing payment.**
