You’ll have no trouble playing hard all day from this unit. In winter, enjoy awesome ski-in/ski-out access. Ski down to the West Wall Lift in no time via the access door adjacent to this condo. Ski access is at a beginner level, so it’s perfect even for newbies. Ski back in when you’ve had your fill!
In summer, walk along the trail to the heart of the resort. Visit the Adventure Center, hike Rustler’s Gulch, or for a challenge—ride the Silver Queen Lift and hike less than a couple miles to reach the Mt. CB summit for breathtaking views. Journey back to your home-away-from-home, and fire up the charcoal grill just steps away in the outdoor common area.
When your stomach starts growling, this condo’s beautiful and fully equipped kitchen can handle any meal-task thrown its way. Enjoy the gorgeous copper sink with matching copper cookware. Want to explore local restaurants? The historic district in downtown CB is less than a 10-minute drive down the mountain. Or grab some grub from the resort base area; it’s only a mile away.
If driving is not part of your game plan, or you’re not feeling a journey through the snowstorm—no problem! During ski season, our free, on-demand shuttle just for San Moritz guests runs 8:00 a.m. – midnight. We take you where you need to go: the resort base, ski school, and/or downtown for dinner.
Take a break from your activity-packed day on the outside deck. Experience stunning views of Washington Gulch. Pour a glass of wine, and soak in Rocky Mountain sunsets. End the night by cozying up around the wood-burning fireplace—we supply the firewood!
When it’s time to depart and reluctantly say goodbye, don’t forget to sign the snowboard on your way out!

The Jokerville building entrance is above parking lot. There are approximately 2.5 flights of stairs to access J-204.
Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space. Hot tub is only open in winter! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter.
Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle service that can drop you at the base in ski season!

PLEASE NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. PLEASE WINTERIZE YOUR VEHICLE. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.
