Well-appointed with cozy log furnishings, this condo has those Rocky Mountain feels you’re looking for. Step out onto the patio, and grab a glass of wine. Stick around for the sunset—you won’t want to miss it. And when temps begin to drop, grab some free firewood and snuggle up around the beautiful wood-burning fireplace.
In addition to these mountain cabin feels, you’ll also enjoy updated bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked and boasts a new range oven, dishwasher, and microwave—installed in the Fall of 2021. You’ll have all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, and dishes you need to create a luxurious spread or to just whip up something simple!
Not into cooking on vacation? No problem! The downtown area of Crested Butte is host to your favorite restaurants (and shops!) and is less than a 10-minute drive down the mountain. Or pop over to the base area at the resort, less than a mile away, to grab some grub not far from home.
If driving in a snowstorm is not on your to-do list, simply call up the San Moritz shuttle during ski season. It’s FREE with your stay! This local, on-call service runs 8am-midnight in winter. Call up the driver; they’ll pick you up right in front of your condo and take you directly to your destination—either at the resort or into downtown. Another quick call, and you’re back to your condo in no time.
When it’s time to hit the slopes, you can walk to the end of the parking lot and ski down right to the West Wall Lift. Ski back in when you’ve had your fill!
Mountain bike and hiking trails are right outside the building too!
You’re never far from adventure when you stay here. And you’ll rest easy after a fun-filled day. With one Queen bed and two Full beds, everyone has a place to rest their head. Even the family dog! This condo is dog friendly, so no one gets left behind while you travel.

The International building entrance is on the third floor. There are two flights of stairs down to access International 104.
Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space. Hot tub is only open in winter! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter.
Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle service that can drop you at the base in ski season!

PLEASE NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. PLEASE WINTERIZE YOUR VEHICLE. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Dog Guest Policy
Pet fee is $25/night for 1 dog; $35/night for 2 dogs.
Pet fees cap at 5 nights. Max fee is $125 for 1 dog; $175/ for 2 dogs.
Guests are required to inform the office if they plan to bring a dog.
Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay.
Maximum of two dogs per condo.
A $200 credit card authorization will be made at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay.

**Please note: when you add a dog guest to your reservation, the pet fee will calculate at the two-dog rate. If you are only bringing one dog, please add the dog as a guest and make a note on your reservation that there will only be one dog staying. Our reservationist will adjust the fee accordingly before processing payment.**
