This spacious, four bedroom unit is very elegant and bright – beautifully redecorated in Scandinavian whites. Paradise-301 features all new carpets and bedding, recently installed and updated in 2019. A circular staircase leads to the loft. The kitchen and bathrooms feature marble countertops. Sleeping arrangements include two oversized King beds, two Queens, and two Queen pullouts. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with pots and pans. Paradise 301 also includes four LCD TVs and DVDs, plus washer and dryer. Look up, and you’ll see the beautiful wood beams in every room.
The Paradise building entrance is on the third floor. There are just a few steps from the parking lot to access Paradise 301.
Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space. Hot tub is only open in winter! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter.
Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle service that can drop you at the base in ski season!

PLEASE NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. PLEASE WINTERIZE YOUR VEHICLE. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.
