Long Term Rates

Enjoy a summer is paradise! Long term stays (30 days or longer) are not assessed sales tax. Contact our office to inquire about available condos and book your stay.

Pet Friendly

We’re always happy to have our furry guests stay too! We’ve made it even easier to view our pet friendly condos. Pet rates start at $15/night for 1 dog with a maximum of $75 and $25/night for 2 dogs with a maximum of $125. There is no sales tax assessed on pet charges. Find the perfect condo for you and your doggie pal.

Hiking back to San Moritz on the St. Moritz Trail. This trail is a popular connector between Crested Butte Mountain Resort and Upper Loop. Paradise and International Buildings (left), Jokerville (center), and Keystone (right).

Hike and bike from your doorstep this summer. San Moritz Condos has many trails within it’s vicinity including the Evolution Bike Park! Summer activities also include horseback riding, whitewater rafting, and fishing. For additional information on summer activities, click here.

The Crested Butte Farmers Market is dedicated to promoting sustainable agriculture and farm-to-consumer sales within Crested Butte.  The Crested Butte Farmers Market offers organic and certified naturally grown vegetables, fruits and herbs, pasture-raised and grass-finished meats, wild-caught fish, artisanal cheese, breads, jams, jellies and pickles as well as an assortment of locally produced arts and crafts.

Crested Butte Bike Week

Along with Marin and Cupertino in California, Crested Butte is one of the first places in the world where people started taking their bikes off roads and into the mountains for fun. And being Crested Butte, we came up with one of the most fun ways to get into the mountains: Crested Butte Bike Week. Filled with races, shenanigans, and more, the history of bike week is one of a mountain community bringing the best mountain bikers in the world to the home of mountain biking.

Alpenglow Free Concert Series

Alpenglow is the Center for the Arts free outdoor concert series on Monday evenings during the summer. Every Wednesday

Presented by the Mt. Crested Butte Town Center Community Association The Live from Mt. CB music series will return for the summer with an exciting lineup of amazing musicians. Join us Wednesday evenings for free music at the base of Mt. Crested Butte.

Gunnison Balloon Rally

Balloonists from all over the west will gather to launch their colorful balloons early each morning from Jorgensen Park. From there, the balloons follow the prevailing winds.

Tour De Forks

Throughout the Tour de Forks events of the summer, food and architectural enthusiasts visit a variety of private homes and dine on epicurean delights. The hottest trending chefs strut their stuff in the freedom of Tour de Forks to showcase their greatest and most creative talents. Homes range from sharp modern décor and design, to ornate renditions reminiscent of medieval times. Throughout the Tour you may travel to an authentic Argentinian asado at a pastoral ranch, or an haute cuisine immersion with Oysters Rockefeller.

8.56 mile run through stunning scenery from Gothic to Crested Butte. Prizes and awards will be presented after the race.

The 4th of July in Crested Butte is a patriotic celebration full of music, food, races, and fun. Join us to celebrate America’s birthday with the country’s biggest small town celebration. We don’t wait until the 4th to start the celebrations. Things will kick off on Friday the third and run through the 4th. The 5th is a perfect day for hiking, biking, fishing, or swimming in the mountains around Crested Butte.

During the 2016 celebration, Cattlemen’s Days promises the same kind of boot-stomping entertainment that Gunnison pioneers enjoyed – but on a grander scale. Bull riding, barrel racing and the best cowboys and cowgirls – hold onto your hat for the Valley’s finest tradition!

Crested Butte Wildflower Festival

The Wildflower Festival began in 1986 through the efforts of a few insightful Crested Butte locals who envisioned a wildflower celebration in one of the most picturesque valleys in Colorado. The Festival has grown into a summer-long season with over 300 events offered by over 60 instructors, tour guides and volunteers.

The Crested Butte Wine & Food Festival takes place each July. Striving to create a wine and culinary festival that complements the array of amazing offerings in Towns of Crested Butte and Mt Crested Butte, this festival is the perfect excuse to visit this scenic and captivating area. Featuring a selection of seminars, fine dining winemaker dinners, and more, there is something for everyone.
