This recently remodeled unit features a new kitchen, complete with cherry cabinets, new appliances, and granite countertops; two new bathrooms; new furniture; and two LED flatscreens – 42″ in the living room and 24″ in the master suite.

The kitchen has all the pots, pans, and dishes you need to serve a large group, and there is a spacious pantry for you to store your supplies. The kitchen is open to the living area, separated by a four-seat bar and a table that seats eight comfortably.

The living room is very comfortable with ample seating for your group. There are games, puzzles, and books for your use along with a variety of DVDs and VHS tapes. Enjoy the iTunes music player and our wood burning fireplace – we supply the firewood. The view from the balcony is incredible and can be enjoyed from the living room, kitchen, and two of the bedrooms. Gaze directly up the valley of Washington Gulch and the Mt. Crested Butte’s base area. On sunny days, you’ll want to sit on the balcony and enjoy coffee or after-skiing cocktails.

The condo comfortably sleeps eight people with a king in the master (with an ensuite bathroom), a king in second bedroom, and queen and bunk bed in the third bedroom. Both bathrooms have a shower/bath combo with plenty of counter space and drawers. This setup is ideal for a large family or two couples and several children.

The Paradise building entrance is on the third floor. There are a few steps from the parking lot, plus one flight of stairs down to access Paradise 203.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space. Hot tub is only open in winter! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter.

Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle service that can drop you at the base in ski season!

PLEASE NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. PLEASE WINTERIZE YOUR VEHICLE. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.
