This condo is just steps away from the West Wall lift, so you can enjoy TRUE ski-in/ski-out access in winter.

During the summer, walk over to the base area in no time! From there, visit the Adventure Center, or ride the Silver Queen lift and summit Mt. CB. Take in the views at over 12,000 feet—it’s spectacular.

Ready to venture to the historic, creative district downtown? The cozy, quaint atmosphere of Elk Ave. is picture-perfect. This area hosts the valley’s best restaurants, retail shops, and art galleries. And it’s less than a 10-minute drive from this condo! Or hop on the free town shuttle—the stop is just down the street. In winter, don’t let weather hold you back; you can leave the driving to us. Guests enjoy free, on-call shuttle service provided by San Moritz. The shuttle runs 8:00 a.m. until midnight during ski season and transports to the base area as well as downtown.

Once you’ve had your fill of epic adventures, you’ll appreciate the convenience of this entry-level condo—no flights of stairs to access!

Take advantage of the fully, well-stocked kitchen when mealtime rolls around. Make a batch of your famous chili in our crockpot, perfect after a long day of skiing. Or dream up a luxurious spread for the entire family; you can make it happen with no problem. Thinking of grilling out during one of our perfectly cool summer nights? The charcoal Weber grill is just steps away from your condo in the common area outside the building.

Wind down with a glass of your favorite wine while you lounge in our patio chairs and admire stunning Rocky Mountain sunsets. Wrap up the evening snuggled around the fireplace—you can stock up on free firewood just down the hall from the condo.

Our bed arrangements are perfectly suited for your group of up to 9 people. With two King beds, one Queen bed, and one Twin-over-Queen Bunk, everyone has a place to rest their head peacefully.

The Keystone building entrance is on the second floor. There are no flights of stairs to access Keystone 201, just a couple of steps into the building.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space. Hot tub is only open in winter! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter.

Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle service that can drop you at the base in ski season!

*There are two parking spaces available for guests.*

PLEASE NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. PLEASE WINTERIZE YOUR VEHICLE. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.
