Enjoy the comfort and convenience of Jokerville-203. Recently updated with new curtains and bedding! This condo boasts all new flooring throughout the unit. Updated beds include four Queens and a Twin for versatile sleeping arrangements. The bedrooms are spacious, each with large wardrobes. The living room sports a sleeper couch with comfy side chairs. Two sliding glass doors give access to the large balcony area with beautiful views of the West Elk Mountain Range. This is a pet friendly unit, so you can bring the whole family when you travel. All you need is a fire in the fireplace; the wood is conveniently located out the back door! Ski access is right out this door too!

The Jokerville building entrance is above parking lot. There are approximately 2.5 flights of stairs to access J-203.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space. Hot tub is only open in winter! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter.

Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle service that can drop you at the base in ski season!

PLEASE NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. PLEASE WINTERIZE YOUR VEHICLE. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Dog Guest Policy

Pet fee is $25/night for 1 dog; $35/night for 2 dogs.
Pet fees cap at 5 nights. Max fee is $125 for 1 dog; $175/ for 2 dogs.

Guests are required to inform the office if they plan to bring a dog.
Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay.
Maximum of two dogs per condo.
A $200 credit card authorization will be made at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay.

**Please note: when you add a dog guest to your reservation, the pet fee will calculate at the two-dog rate. If you are only bringing one dog, please add the dog as a guest and make a note on your reservation that there will only be one dog staying. Our reservationist will adjust the fee accordingly before processing payment.**
