International 301 has easy access to the parking lot and ski slopes as an end unit of the building. There is plenty of seating in the dining room and living room, making the unit perfect for a large family group. It has an eclectic blend of antique and modern, plus a great collection of local art and photography. There is a great library of books for readers too!

COVID-19 UPDATES: Vacation safely with us at San Moritz. Here’s what we are doing to protect your health and safety:

-Enhanced cleaning and disinfection of all condos and common areas throughout the property.
-Running ozone machines after every guest stay.
-Minimum two-night gap between all booked stays. The gaps are already added into our calendar.
-Disinfection of all keys between stays.
-Sanitizing stations and informative signage at every building entrance.
-Socially distant check-in procedures.
-Relaxed cancellation policy. If you are unable to travel due to COVID-19, we will refund your stay!

*For your safety, the sauna is currently closed. The hot tub will re-open this ski season.

The International building entrance is on the third floor. There are no flights of stairs to access International 301, just a few steps down from the main entrance.
