Your journey begins right outside the building. With ski-in/ski-out access to the West Wall Lift, you’re just a few steps from shredding fresh pow. In summer, hike and bike along the nearby resort trails or Upper Loop.

Recently updated, this condo sports a fresh coat of paint and new living room furniture. So, you can unwind in no time around the beautiful wood-burning fireplace—we supply the firewood! Take advantage of the west-facing balcony and bask in amazing views of Washington Gulch, the town of Mt. Crested Butte, and unforgettable Rocky Mountain sunsets.

Your group of up to eight people can rest easy in this three-bedroom/two-bathroom condo. The unit provides three Queen beds and one Twin bunk.

Mealtime is also a snap with the well-stocked, well-equipped full kitchen. You’ll have everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. It’s like cooking at home but with better views!

Location is everything when you stay with us! The base area at the resort is about a mile from this condo, convenient for renting gear or après ski drinks and apps. Travel less than 10 minutes down the mountain and explore your favorite shops and restaurants in the historic downtown Crested Butte.

Cross driving off your list in ski season. San Moritz provides a free shuttle service just for our guests! In ski season, the shuttle runs 7 days a week, 8am-midnight. Just call up the driver, and they’ll pick you up right in front of your condo. They can take you to your destination on the mountain or in downtown CB.

The International building entrance is on the third floor. There is one flight of stairs down to access International 202.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space. Hot tub is only open in winter! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter.

Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle service that can drop you at the base in ski season!

PLEASE NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. PLEASE WINTERIZE YOUR VEHICLE. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.
