In less than a 10-minute drive, you can be in downtown Crested Butte: host to your favorite local restaurants. Or grab some grub at the resort’s base area in no time; it’s only one mile away.
Take a pause from your day or wrap up the evening with the incredible sights from the condo’s deck area just outside your back door. You’ll enjoy views of Washington Gulch, Paradise Divide, and unforgettable Rocky Mountain sunsets.

With one Queen bed, two Twins, and a Queen sleeper sofa, the entire family can rest easy after activity-packed days. The two bedrooms are spacious, each with an adjoining bath and large wardrobe; storing all your gear and luggage is hassle-free.

The International building entrance is on the third floor. There are two flights of stairs down to access International 101.
Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space. Hot tub is only open in winter! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter.
Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle service that can drop you at the base in ski season!

PLEASE NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. PLEASE WINTERIZE YOUR VEHICLE. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.
